Delighted to be joined this week by Emma Murphy.

Emma has represented Ireland Sevens in places like Dubai, Russia and Japan. She tells her story of how she got into rugby sevens.

We also talk about the pathways that exist now to women's sport in Ireland and how that wasn't always the case.

Emma suffered two ACLs on each leg and speaks about the recovery involved in coming back.

She is currently playing Rugby Union with Railway.
