New Year, New Possibilities! At Tabor Church on Sunday I brought in a concept that I did not fully dive into; the Habit Loop. The habit loop is a neurological loop that governs a habit. It is a Cue, routine and reward. These habit loops help us to change or reinforce habits. We want to make lasting changes and not just a short term resolution. What are you trying to change today?

The Habit Loop is a concept that was most recently studied and in a book by Charles Duhigg, the author of The Power of Habit. If you care to read more about it, you can find it wherever you buy books.
