Next Episode: Episode 26: Amanda's "Thanksgiving" Food Story
Today I chat with Amanda, a 42 year old archaeologist, who works a few different jobs in Kansas City, and works 80-90 hours/week. Amanda has found it helpful to Google recipe ideas, make a soup or stew to eat for a while, and to give herself permission to try different foods. We talked about how it's ok to not like to cook, that you don't have to like foods that are "healthy" and that you don't have to avoid foods often labeled as "unhealthy".
