In our 33rd episode and our first episode of the 2020 new year, we will be diving head first into the politics and philosophy of V for Vendetta (2005), the graphic novel adaptation on the vigilante known as "V" and his attempt to overthrow the Neo-Fascist Government of England known as Norsefire.

From the tensions between the U.S. and Iran to the Hong Kong protests, we saw it best to cover this film in order for listeners to remain informed about the dangers of totalitarianism and the balance between security and freedom. Our topics include: 1) When is a revolution justified? 2) Lies to tell the truth, and 3) What is freedom according to Evey Hammond?
