You love your comfy clothes and not commuting in the remote work world. The data supports it. Yet immediately we hear about isolation, disconnectedness, and the inability to have that same "great" in-office culture for remote companies.

Was it really that great though?

Perception can be reality. Laughing in the office didn't mean everyone felt a sense of belonging. Building stronger remote work culture just takes some more intentionality and purpose.
