Some day when we are 85, sitting in rocking chairs, sipping lemonade, and holding hands on our front porch, we want to be able to bring up these recordings, push play, and listen back to our stories as we knowingly smile and nod our heads to each other confirming to ourselves that… we lived! As a result we prefer to recollect the best of our experiences. Why remember the disappointments when the triumphs are so amazing?
