Joe Worley is a veteran and has a special vet dog, Galaxie, related to America's VetDogs, a nonprofit charity that provides service dogs for veterans with disabilities. Joe shares his story and talks about how this charity has helped him as well as so many others. Joe lost a leg to an IED in Afghanistan in 2004. It took a few years but he became connected with America's Vet Dogs and getting his first dog, Mr. Benjamin. Bil-Jac, a pet food producer, partners with America’s VetDogs, with a line of dog treats named after America’s VetDogs, and they donate the proceeds. This is a great organization to consider supporting, a great way to show support for our Veterans.
