A stroke is a big wake up call and Courtney Wilkins had the experience as a young woman of just 30. About a dozen years later she is here to share her story and her ongoing amazing recovery.

Dr. Mary Ann Bauman is an internal medicine doctor in Seattle and is on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association Western Region. She is deeply committed to supporting all it takes for our good heart health. She shares the ongoing research finding that strokes do occur in younger women and the need to focus on a healthy lifestyle of nutrition, exercise and rest.
