a few episodes ago i talked to you guys about an existential crisis i've been going through and let me tell you it's been rough. so i decided to take a day and work on pulling myself back together and it made me feel SO MUCH better. so i'm going to share my journey with you all and hopefully help you with some tips on how to get through a rough patch or a hard time. we all go through it but there are definitely some ways to get out of it.
