This week’s guest Lisa Espinoza is a writer and speaker who is passionate about coming alongside others who desire to take steps toward their most fulfilling, abundant life.

She is an expert in grief and loss and is able to help others move through places of loss in a way that honors the loved ones they have lost as well as their own lives.

On December 15, 2018, my youngest son, Chandler, was hit by a car while riding his bike to work. He sustained multiple broken bones, a severed thoracic spine, and severe traumatic brain injury. . . .

On January 1, 2019, she lost her 25-year-old son Chandler.

Her pain was deep, excruciating, disorienting, and relentless. It was also an opportunity to do things differently.

There's no way around it. Grief is a heavy, often seemingly unbearable, weight to carry. A weight that you earned because you loved. She considers herself a trusted voice — here to support and equip people to move through the grief process in a way that honors you and their loved ones.
