In this episode, I offer some practical advice for managing emotional eating and share some of my own journey through the process. We all know what food we're supposed to eat to be more healthy, and yet. The reason we can know what we are supposed to do and not do it, is because often the eating has nothing to do with the food itself. It's the other stuff. It's the stuff we've been ignoring.
