Ashley Wray began her career in journalism and changed the trajectory of her life's work on a trip where she was introduced to the art of malas, which are beads used in meditation. That gave birth to her company Mala Collective which now partners with the likes of GOOP and TED, the producers of TED Talks.
Ashley talks the serendipity meeting in Bali and the rest was history.
Ashley and Ali dive deep into meditation, the struggles around it, mindfulness, manifesting and their own awakenings.
Ashley talks affirmations and how she puts her entire heart into Mala.
