We've all been there. Burnout. Sex workers are no stranger to burnout. As independent contractors, we are not always in the position to say no to work so I invite adult performer, Spencer Bradley, onto the show to share their experiences on how they deal with it all. Having worked as a stripper previously, we compare and contrast just how vastly different working as a dancer is vs. working on-screen in pornography. The luxury and privilege of having the choice to not go to work or hide in the change room differs greatly than when you're working on set. You have to work through it and put your happy face on which doesn't always contribute to a healthy mentality. Spencer shares their methods on how they prevent getting burnt out, recognizing your boundaries and how they practice unwinding.
