Between the years of 1978 and 1996, the place to spend hot Jersey summers was at a place known as action park, it was high adrenaline, high stakes, and with low-security and almost zero safety features it was a park that allowed the rider to be in control of their experience.

And though mixing high stakes rides with loads of alcohol and then hiring a bunch of teenage employees may sound like a good idea...wait no it doesn't…but it does sound like the blueprint for one of America's worst water parks….
