You've heard his voice at the beginning of each episode telling you to "enjoy the ride." Now, he's joining us for Volume 90! We're so excited to bring you our conversation with the incredible Clyde Wray.

For those of you who aren't local to our home of Saint John, New Brunswick, Clyde is a local poet and playwright, performer, producer, director, and radio host who's been a staple in the city's arts community for years. He recently wrapped up a project with the Saint John Theatre Company called We Were Here, which brought to life the stories of eight black Saint Johners who deserve to be remembered in history.

We chat with Clyde about his upbringing in New York City's iconic Greenwich neighbourhood and the music and art he was exposed to early in life. We also dive into the relationship between music and poetry, and how music inspires other art forms.

Elton John, Bukowski,  Adele, Cherise getting schooled on classical music, and so much more on this episode of Strange Grooves!
