#29 - Brittany Hebert: Mental Health and Counseling

Brittany Hebert is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Baton Rouge, LA. We talk today about her career as a counselor, and her focus on helping younger kids and teens. Mental health is a topic we as people sometimes avoid but it's a vital part of our overall health. The more we talk about the uncomfortable things like mental health struggles, the more we can reduce the stigma surrounding it and ensure that nobody feels alone.
