Gerald gets a little bit too into The King Rules, a card game, in “Gerald’s Game”. It becomes a bit of a point of shame, prompting Arnold to (you guessed it) intervene to get his friend back. How necessary was that? Why couldn’t two best friends just learn to play a game together? Listen in to find out! It’s a boys’ weekend in “Fishing Trip” when Arnold, Gerald, Sid, Harold, and Eugene get together with their fathers and Grandpa for some lakeside bonding. It’s a fun, flatulent episode of Hey Arnold! that ALMOST becomes a smart critique of masculine inability to communicate.
