High vibes and positive thinking are great, but it's also necessary for us to feel our feelings, even the not so good ones.
I use to push away any bad feelings as if they didn't exist. Then I started to learn the value of leaning in to these feelings. Accepting that it's ok to feel this way has helped me to work through and eventually move on from whatever it was that was causing me pain.
