West Coast IPAs are making a comeback and Winslow Sawyer, the brewer at Pure Project Brewing in San Diego has some theories as to why. He also talks about his early days of creating murky hoppy beverages and the side eye that came with that. He also digs into the cellar to bring us two classics for the black glasses.
