Happy Monday, Thieves! We’ve got something a little different for you today. We’re talking to Bill Shufelt of Connecticut’s non-alcoholic brewery, Athletic Brewing. We’ve never had an NA brewer on the show, and frankly we were a little skeptical. it ended up being a fun talk, though, and lead to a discussion about wellness and exercise and why non-alcoholic beers (with good flavor!) make sense in today’s world. We probably won’t be switching to these altogether anytime soon, but we can appreciate that they exist and that folks like Bill are expanding craft flavors in new and interesting directions.
