Happy Monday, Thieves! We have a great show for you this week with Phil Markowski of Two Roads Brewing. Phil needs no introduction but here’s a quick recap: he began brewing in the late 80’s at New England Brewing Company before moving to the revered Southampton Publick House. In 2012, he opened Two Roads back in Connecticut as a contract-focused brewery that also produced a killer lineup of house brand beers. As Two Roads’ brew master, he’s likely overseen production of some of your favorite beers in the last 7 years. Two Roads just recently opened Area 2, a sour and wild ale facility adjacent to their main facility. We talk about all this and more. Tune in and let us know what you think!
