On August 12, 2023 the world was made a bit less awesome when Jeffrey McAfee left it. We all knew his time was coming, he was very sick as a result of being an actual patriot who fought for his
country and that same country didn’t really return the favor, but enough of that. On June 15 of 2023, Jeff and Tee recorded this episode of the podcast with the intent of releasing the week of his funeral and that time, has arrived. It’s a sad episode in that we discuss sad shit, but it’s a fun and funny and interesting episode because Jeff was a fun and funny and interesting person who
led a similar life. You never really know how you will miss someone until they are gone, like your brain thinks it knows what’s coming at it but until you can’t send your friend stupid memes on IG anymore or can’t chat with your Gen X Sherpa as my partner described him, it doesn’t hit, and then it does, and it fucking blows. You are loved, you are missed, and you live on through your family and friends. Rest easy big little homie.
