Kirk Hamilton interviews Dr. Peter Pribis a native of Slovakia where he earned his M.D. degree. Dr. Pribis graduated in 1996 from Loma Linda University, School of Public Health with a Doctorate in Public Health specializing in nutrition and epidemiology. Since 2004 he has worked as an associate professor of nutrition and wellness at the Nutrition and Wellness Department at Andrews University. He is the co-author of the article entitle: "Effects of Walnut Consumption on Cognitive Performance in Young Adults," in the British Journal of Nutrition, 2011.
