Catch up! I used to listen to this speech as a young adult in my early 20's. I loved John F. Kennedy and I loved his speeches. But this one particularly interested me and I used to listen to it every other day. Most of it is engrained into my mind word by word. It's interesting that so many people of our age might not know of these events, or even know that such a thing was ever talked about. They might not even know about the Freedom Of Information Act, or why it exists. Too many people only know of the president by the fact that he was murdered, too few know of the man by his life and his character, his integrity and how it set the tone for liberty of the world for years to come. With JFK it was clear - he cared. And it is by that standard that I remind all of us that it is clear to see who does not care, as they do not produce the fruit of it which is only had by a person who cares. In our age, the Press does not care for the American people. That needs to change. *JFK Speech "The President And The Press: Address Before The American Newspaper Publishers Association, April 27, 1961" a speech on Secret Societies and the role of the Press.
