Star Trek the Next Generation - The Perfect Mate

Captain Picard finds himself in the middle of political intrigue when a Crian delegation in the form of an ambassador and a "gift" are being shepherded toward the Valteans with whom there has been centuries of conflict. It turns out this gift is actually a Crian woman who was groomed to be the consort of the Valtean Chancellor as part of the peace treaty that is being worked out and on top of that she's a Metamorph, a rare mutation among Crian's that produces a once in a lifetime female empathic sex goddess... She ends up imprinting on Picard and then marrying the Valtean anyway, oh yeah and there are Ferengis.
