A press conference on April 12th announced the plan for a Major League Baseball park to be build in Salt Lake City pending the expansion of the MLB. Rocky Mountain Power and the Larry H. Miller Group along with some notable local leaders have created Big League Utah, a coalition to bring Major League Baseball to Utah.
