Many college students don't get enough to eat. Consequently, food insecurity on campus negatively affects students' health and academic performance.
To tackle this issue, Dr. Laura Frank, Ph.D. has shared with us her expertise in combating food insecurity and food waste, especially among college students. Dr. Laura is a licensed dietitian nutritionist and PA Licensed Psychologist. She is also the director of La Salle University's food pantry called the Basket.
