This SpotClub Live we featured Tyler Menezes. Tyler is currently the Executive Director at CodeDay, a non-profit that is helping students find their place in technology. His programming journey began when he discovered a book on programming. He was interested not in programming, but in the idea of building something cool. He went on to drop out of college to found a startup and go through startup accelerator Y Combinator, before becoming Executive Director at CodeDay. Since then, he has helped many students discover a passion in tech. We discussed a hypothetical new education system, the importance of diversity in tech, and more.
