In 2008, Ken launched KT Sports Marketing, working with clients that include the Atlanta Braves, Sky Blue FC, New York Giants, Turnstyles Ticketing, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Phoenix Coyotes. He was an early adapter of integrating social media with innovative selling strategies to allow ticket sales reps to develop their personal brand and sell more tickets. In 2011, Ken launched the first and only weekly Twitter chat on ticket sales best practices at hashtag #social4tixsales.

Throughout his career, Ken has had a knack of developing unique marketing and revenue-generating ideas. In 1994 at his first MiLB stop, he developed and executed a “Strike Back Against the Strike Night” which was covered by the CBS News Eye on America series. As a consultant, Ken developed and implemented new group strategies for the Atlanta Braves that resulted in a 9% growth in sales revenue over the previous season. He developed and implemented the GOALden Ticket program for the Phoenix Coyotes, which produced an ROI of 282% and resulted in several earned media opportunities. Ken developed his skills as a sports marketer while spending the early part of his career working on the ticket sales side of the business with the Houston Astros, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, and Phoenix Coyotes.
