Most sports casters want to stay clear of politics in sports, but sports is one endeavor that  the very fabric of it's tenure is colored in politics. From the 1072 games of Munich, to figure skating, basketball, NFL, etc, the event of sport is filled with political happening much of it negative. This year as the women's World Cup Championship was celebrated by all, one player stood out who was as good as any of the members of the USA Cup team only to find she was cut from the team in all probability because she refused to wesr in accordance with her religion, a gay pride tee shirt. While several of the team members were gay, Hinkle was booed and ostracized for not taking a part in the celebraion.
