Troy is the Head of High Performance for US Ski & Snowboard where he leads on all aspects of high performance in supporting U.S. Ski & Snowboard athletes, including most recently in winning 15 medals (7 Golds) at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games. Troy is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to over 30 practitioners in all the Sports Science/Technology, Sports Medicine and Sports Education departments. On today's episode, we discuss how the team integrates technology, including neurocognitive assessments and virtual reality, to solve the unique issues in the inhospitable and everchanging environment of snow sports.
