Alison Lu is in her 5th season with the 49ers and 2nd as Director, Business Strategy & Analytics. Previously, she served as both a Manager and Senior Manager in the BSA department. In her current role, Lu works on projects that include food & beverage strategy, technology and innovation, ticketing/sales analytics, and 49ers-affiliated businesses. Alison also works for Elevate Sports Ventures, a leading sports consultancy, helping to launch and hone sales and business strategies for clients across various global sports teams and leagues.
