Jean-Baptiste has worked in the sport industry for the past 10 years across multiple positions which lead him to drive the innovation strategy within UEFA and set-up the UEFA Innovation Hub. This delivers high-quality innovation programmes to address UEFA’s needs in delivering the 2019–24 UEFA strategy, through new partnerships and diverse collaborations with a wide range of stakeholders (including UEFA staff, start-ups, academic institutions, cross-sport federations and more). Among his new responsibilities as Chief Strategy Officer at LaSource, Jean-Baptiste is now in charge of supporting sports organisations in leveraging innovation, strategic collaborations and partnerships with startups.
