I met Colby Armstrong when he was a 17 year old rookie with the Red Deer Rebels and I was covering the team for RDTV and was able to follow his career until he retired and has transitioned into broadcasting. We had a lot of laughs on this episode and explored the uniqueness that he played with 3 first overall picks in Alexandre Daigle, Mario Lemieux and Sidney Crosby. We discussed how he's home schooling his kids, winning a Memorial Cup with the Red Deer Rebels, his NHL career and what the NHL can do if anything to save this season.
