I am so incredibly excited for the next 21 days of my life that I've decided to start the #21dayGoodVibesChallenge.Here's how it works.For the next 21 days you commit to having good vibes every single day (start date: Monday, March 18, end date: Sunday, April 7.)While this seems obvious, life has a myriad of ways to take you off your game. It could be your spouse/family member, boyfriend/girlfriend, the weather, social media, or something happening at your job.Despite everything that life throws at you to try and take your good vibes away you say, "NO! I am committed to having good vibes and I am not going to let this bother me."I've found the key to me having good vibes daily starts first thing in the morning by controlling my inputs.
