The workers are voting and ratifying their new bargaining contract with their employer, Bon Appetit, today, September 30, 2021.
However, as workers vote to ratify their new contract and we celebrate this significant victory for organized labor and all service workers, Unite Here Local 2 and the San Francisco Giants food service workers still have one crucial demand:
They call on the @SFGiants and @sfgov to follow Los Angeles County's lead and require fans to present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to enter Oracle Park.
