Executive Director of Operations for the Future Legends Complex, Casey Katofsky

Today's guest on the Sports As A Job podcast is Casey Katofsky. He is currently the executive director of operations for the Future Legends Complex. The Complex will be completed in 2021 and when finished will be a 118-acre premier complex for sports and events. He was born and raised in Southern California. He decided he needed to explore outside his bubble and moved to the East Coast where he graduated from Georgetown University's master's program. From there he went on to work for Under Armour in Business Development. He found out that the large sports corporate world might not be the best fit. In this episode we discuss how moving out of your comfort zone is a benefit to your development and how he is becoming a transcendent leader in the sports industry.
