It's still May for a few more hours, but Pride Month starts *now* at Spooky Tuesday. We just couldn't wait — and with a new Fifth Tuesday giving us the chance to cover any movie across all genres, we knew we had to do But I'm A Cheerleader (1999). An instant queer classic, this candy-colored flick is packed full of heart, silliness, and undeniable chemistry between Natasha Lyonne and Clea DuVall.  Whether you first watched it as a preteen without parental supervision or only saw it after MUNA and Phoebe Bridgers dropped their "Silk Chiffon" music video, it's pretty much consensus that Jamie Babbit's satirical rom-com is required viewing — and if you somehow still haven't seen it, well, we would be honored to make the introduction.
