The Victim and the Misery Box

In this episode, Kelle welcomes her Mastering Spiritual Evolution student, Stas, to discuss his personal journey out of the "misery box" and distancing himself from the role of "the victim". Stas shares his experience and how the metaphor of the "misery box" helped him to navigate out of the negative and painful mental space which kept him from truely moving beyond a trauma from his past. Stas also discusses how his ability to now identify when his slips back into this space has helped him move more quickly out of periods of negativity and to process that which is pulling him back in real time.
