D&D isn't a perfect system. And in recent times, how the "Races" in the game operate and the language and lore around them have been the topic of much controversy. But, the publisher has begun to introduce rules to help begin addressing the issues that exist within the game rules. In this episode I'm joined by Christy Clow, and Eugene Marshall from Arcanist Press (author of "Ancestry & Culture: An Alternative to Race in 5e") to talk about Race in D&D5e. I highly recommend checking out the book Eugene has created, they are some great rules!
