He has also worked with such companies as Procter & Gamble, helping brands develop a shopper-focus strategy and leverage customer insights and analytics into collaborative marketing initiatives. Gary is the author of three books including the latest, Retail in the Age of ‘i’, exploring the future of retail propelled by the exponential growth of technology.
