Matt Lay is a United States Air Force veteran, now living in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he and his wife Alyson are very involved in the paranormal field. After seeing the change in the paranormal field, especially with investigative techniques, after 35-years of study, Matt's frustrations boiled over, and he's written a book called 'Practical Paranormal and Supernatural Investigations: A basic guide for the serious investigator". It's a book that will help set new investigators understand the rules and guidelines of how to investigation the unknown.
