One of the primary reasons attributed to the repeating ancestral karmic patterns of emotional pain, which can turn into addictions, successive divorces, depression, and childhood trauma, is related to unprocessed grief, particularly due to the death of an ancestor.

This is especially so if there were tragic and sudden deaths in your lineage, such as those caused by murder, suicide, or car accidents, etc.

The bottom line is that when we do not process and seek healing for grief, it becomes an emotional pattern of pain passed down in the DNA.

This requires us to first look at death as the illusion it is, and second, to understand that God did not create death, nor is it God's will for anyone to die.In this episode of the Sovereign Woman Podcast we delve into the heart of ancestral karmic patterns, unprocessed grief, and how they are entwined with sudden, tragic losses in our lineages.

I'll be sharing my personal journey through collective grief, my transformation as an ACIM student since 2008, and insights from years of teaching, alongside my experiences with ayahuasca, Kundalini yoga therapy, and witnessing my mother's near-death experiences.💫 Join me on this sacred journey of understanding, healing, and reclaiming our spiritual sovereignty by disrupting the pattern.
