Based on J.G. Ballard's book, the starry movie featuring Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons, Sienna Miller, Luke Evans, Elisabeth Moss, James Purefoy, Peter Ferdinando and Keeley Hawes tells a wildly surreal tale of a luxury apartment complex that is soon overcome by disorder and madness.

"High-Rise" opens in the U.S. via On Demand, Amazon Video and iTunes on April 28th and in theaters on May 13th. The soundtrack is now on CD, with vinyl to come soon.
