2.10 Reflections on DEIA: Cast Chat

In this cast chat, the team continues the discussion on approaches to improving diversity, equity, inclusion, and access in the small ensemble community. We share several strategies for sustaining these conversations within small ensembles and organizations, collecting and analyzing data, and how to integrate this work into conversations with stakeholders.
