The most important step of getting what you want is first defining what it is that you want.

Why do so many of us have a problem even saying what it is that we want? Is it due to the fear of failure? Do we feel guilty or undeserving of success?

It is almost impossible to hit a target that you have not set, and if you let life take you where it wants to take you, you will most likely not end up where you want to be.

Remove the guilt and the fear and set your sight on exactly where you want to go and what you want to achieve. Then create a plan, work hard, and go after it. Our dreams are often just on the other side of fear.
