In 1997, 8-year-old Kirsten Hatfield went missing from her bedroom in the middle of the night. For years, her family along with investigators searched every possible clue and interviewed countless neighbors to find out what happened. It wasn’t until 2015 when her family finally got answers -just not the ones they were expecting. True crime is a favorite genre that will be explored in future episodes -but this story, uniquely, hits close to home.
