ProgStock 2018 is coming! The sophomore edition of the three-day Progressive Rock music Festival will take place Oct 5-7, 2018 at the Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway, New Jersey, USA and tickets are already on sale at this location. ProgStock will be three days of fun, food, merriment, photos, recalling stories, hanging out with old pals, making new friends, and sharing in our mutual love of the musical genre we call PROG.
Having just released their excellent debut CD Transcendental Circus in 2017, Orpheus Nine has already received critical acclaim, high marks and praise such as “All-encompassing prog madness … insanely elaborate and yet aggressively melodic … Orpheus Nine are among the best bands ploughing this ageless furrow.” – wrote Dom Lawson for PROG Magazine.
Orpheus Nine will be opening this year’s ProgStock Festival. As part of our The Road to ProgStock series, author and contributor Scott Medina talks with the band about the debut album, songwriting, and what festival goers can expect from their live performance. You can listen to the audio of their chat in the link below.
