ProgStock 2018 is coming! The sophomore edition of the three-day Progressive Rock music Festival will take place Oct 5-7, 2018 at the Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway, New Jersey, USA and tickets are already on sale at this location. ProgStock will be three days of fun, food, merriment, photos, recalling stories, hanging out with old pals, making new friends, and sharing in our mutual love of the musical genre we call PROG.
One of Canada’s top progressive rock bands, Mystery was founded by Michel St-Père over 30 years ago. As they released their excellent new album “Lies and Butterflies” some weeks ago (you can find our review of the album here), Michel took the time to talk with Sonic Perspectives correspondent Scott Medina about the changes in the band over the years and why they are stronger than ever now. Mystery recently wowed the crowd at The Night of the Prog festival in Loreley, Germany. They will play in the States for the first time in many years this October at the ProgStock Festival. You can listen to the audio of their chat in the link below.
