Spiritual Awakenings With Solana Tara

This episode my guest is Solana Tara. 
Solana has been a spiritual teacher for over 40 years and has travelled all around the world. In 1979 she began studying yoga with Swami Satchidananda (known for opening Woodstock), began meditating, teaching yoga and became a vegetarian. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga from Naropa University and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Religion. She is the author of “Letters Through the Veil, A True love story of a Woman’s Communication with her Husband after His Death.  Her training has included Energy Healing, and Shamanic Dance. She is also an artist, a drummer, a Mindfulness Instructor, a Healing Art and Dance Facilitator and Well-Being Life Coach. 
 She had a profound awakening experience in India in 2012, in which she is still integrating. Presently she is serving as a Life Coach online to those that are looking for guidance through their spiritual awakening and beginning to form a spiritual women’s support group online.
